The Full Story
My husband, John and I worked in 5-star hotels in Switzerland for 5 years where I specialised in patisserie and John as a chef. This is where I learned to make chocolates.
We then worked in a small luxury cruise ship (Seabourn Pride) for 5 years, John as the chef and I was a pastry chef.
Once home in Scotland, we moved to Dumfries and brought up our family. I retrained as a teacher and John is a Development Chef.
I started making chocolates for my family/friend's for Christmas and birthday presents, just because I love creating chocolates.
I made chocolates for a friends wedding and some guests approached me enquiring about ordering. This is when I started considering making chocolates as a business. From there Pam au Chocolat was created.
This venture is going from strength to strength since starting up in October 2021. t
